Lust Stories 3: Real Couple Saved It

In fact, when the first-ever “Lust Stories” anthology film arrived, actresses like Kiara Advani got appreciated for their bold choice, and she went on to become a superstar. However, the second instalment of the anthology hasn’t worked out well. Whether lack of bold scenes, or lack of creative content or actors becoming more methodic, Lust Stories 2 became a flop. Now comes Lust Stories 3, which is also seasoned with similar tropes, except for one saviour.

There are actresses like Radhika Apte, Radhika Madan and others who tried to get the most out of Lust Stories 3, but then they all appeared to be routine in this anthology film. As the other content available on Netflix is bolder, surely this is not appealing. However, the real-life pair of Aditi Rao Hydari and Siddharth have both stunned, though they have played much younger on screen while they are 47 in real life. And their chemistry is what made Lust Stories 3 attractive.

Aditi and Siddharth’s segment is directed by Vishal Bharadwaj, and the chemistry that these two have put up on the screen is simply stunning, though that story is not. But their antics, screen presence and Siddharth’s histrionics have saved the segment and the film big time. However, the topic seems to be the most explored: lack of female orgasm for the main lead (Aditi), and that hasn’t connected with many this time.

That said, Aditi and Siddharth are winning praise for doing the roles, despite being real life couple.
