After collecting almost ₹1600+ crores from the worldwide box office, the film is refusing to die for sure. But one should note that Aditya Dhar, the writer-director and producer of the film, is not taking credit for himself. Unlike many star directors, he’s simply putting out there about each of his team members.
In the last three days, Aditya Dhar’s Twitter has been getting more attention than anyone else’s on social media. First, he posted about Vikash Nowlakha, the cinematographer of Dhurandhar: The Revenge. He has not only praised him for bringing this vision to life but also stated that Vikash is the movie's invisible co-director. Then, the next day, he wrote about Shivkumar Panicker, the editor of the movie. Aditya Dhar says, “Though the decision of making a two-part movie is mine, it’s his vision that made the cut stupendous that people will be hooked to watch the second part”.
Then today, Aditya Dhar posted about Sashwaht Sachdev, the music composer of the film, whose songs scored for Dhurandhar 1 and 2 are currently occupying all the Top 10- Top 50 charts across many music streaming platforms and apps. “9 songs in 9 days for Dhurandhar Part 1, with the entire BGM done in 6 days,” says Aditya, explaining how fast and 24-hour workdays have resulted in such great music.
Well, netizens are applauding Aditya Dhar for giving such credit to his team, rather than other Bollywood star directors who never give credit to their team, but put the spotlight only on themselves.
