Not every hero walks in with fanfare. Some arrive through silence, tension, and the sharp crackle of firelight and Decoit seems to be that kind of arrival. Adivi Sesh, known for choosing stories that pack a punch beyond formula, returns with this pan-Indian thriller directed by Shaniel Deo. Produced by Supriya Yarlagadda and co-produced by Sunil Narang, the film recently dropped its Fire Glimpse, which didn’t just create buzz but ignited conversation across social media for its striking visuals and gritty tone. Mrunal Thakur joins Sesh in this high-stakes drama that already looks larger than life.

In the background, work is moving at a lightning pace. The dubbing test is already done, with Adivi Sesh sharing moments from the studio and building anticipation among fans. What’s next? A major schedule that kicks off on June 8. This leg of the shoot will reportedly focus on pivotal sequences, potentially game-changing moments for the film’s narrative. With both production and post-production running in tandem, the team seems intent on wrapping things with precision.

This is not just another film on the release calendar. Set to hit theatres on December 25, Decoit marks Sesh’s first-ever Christmas release. The timing is no coincidence. Holiday releases are always high-stakes, and the makers clearly believe Decoit is ready to clash in that competitive window. With the teaser already setting benchmarks, the pressure now shifts to whether the full film can meet or exceed the hype.

Forget formulas and familiar frames. Decoit looks like it's stepping into uncharted territory. And if this next schedule lives up to the expectations, the film could end up as not just a holiday release, but a holiday disruptor.
