Now that Ustaad Bhagat Singh is releasing, director Harish Shankar is making sure that he won’t make such mistakes, though he’s also banking a lot on virality.

In fact, during the Raja Saab promotions, Maruthi made mistakes like revealing his residential address and other things, thereby causing more damage to the film upon release. He got brutally trolled, and people started sending parcels to his gated community; no wonder, no one knows what’s inside the parcels.

Now, Harish Shankar is promoting Pawan Kalyan’s voltage and presence, rather than talking loudly about the records Ustaad Bhagat Singh would create. If big directors like Maruthi and Harish Shankar indulge in virality to get attention, surely other young directors think they have to speak like this to make sense and get publicity in the digital age of everything going viral within seconds. Wonder if big directors are taking note of this.
