Aishwarya Rai Sparks Drama Over Stolen Glam Shots

Bollywood actress Aishwarya Rai Bachchan has filed a case in the Delhi High Court, asking for the removal of her pictures and videos that are being used without her permission. She said that some websites are selling products in her name and sharing videos and images that have been altered using AI, which she never agreed to. The case points out that her image is being used for business and personal benefits without her consent.

A judge named Justice Tejas Kariya has been hearing the case. A senior lawyer named Sandeep Sethi, who is representing Aishwarya, showed evidence of several websites using her photos without permission. One of these sites, called aishwaryaworld.com, claims to be her official website but has not asked for her approval. Sethi said these actions were done for profit and without her permission, and that they have hurt her reputation.

The petition also revealed more serious misuse. Some photos were being manipulated for sexualized content, Sethi told the court. He called these acts despicable and argued they violated her personality rights. The court appeared to take the matter seriously, recognizing the need to act quickly to protect her.

The Delhi High Court said it would issue injunction orders against the offending websites. Justice Tejas Kariya confirmed further action would be taken to remove all links violating Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s rights. This case is seen as a strong step toward protecting celebrities’ digital identity, showing that unauthorized use of photos, AI-manipulated content, and videos will not be tolerated.
