Ajay Devgan Plans Major Studio For Hyderabad Film City

Good news has been floating around Hyderabad this week. The city has always had a few trusted shooting spots like Ramoji Film City and Annapurna Studios, plus some scattered smaller ones, but nothing huge has landed here in ages. Now, out of nowhere, a massive studio plan from Bollywood is making everyone sit up a little straighter.

Early Monday, a photo popped up of Telangana CM Revanth Reddy shaking hands with Ajay Devgan. Not your usual meet-and-greet stuff. The plan is for Ajay to set up a proper world-class film studio in Hyderabad. The government is aiming high, this whole dream of making Telangana a 3 trillion dollar economy by 2047, and entertainment is clearly one of the engines they want to rev up. The upcoming Telangana Rising Global Summit at Bharat Future City is turning into a magnet for these big announcements.

And it’s not just Ajay in the spotlight. Mukesh Ambani’s Reliance Group seems interested too. They’re talking about building an animal rescue center, a wildlife conservatory, even a night safari under something called the Vantara Project. Sounds a bit wild, literally, but if they pull it off, it could flip the tourism scene here in a good way.

If even half of this materializes, Hyderabad might see a level-up in both film infrastructure and tourism that people have been waiting for for years.
