He shared how watching his childhood friend Rahul Vijay dance changed his thinking and taught him an important lesson about talent and hard work.
Akash attended the trailer launch event of the upcoming film AH starring Rahul Vijay and Archana Iyer. The film is directed by Sai Bali and is scheduled to release in theatres on November 12.
Speaking at the event, Akash said he was very happy to attend the function for his best friend Rahul. He praised the film's teaser and trailer and appreciated the music by Sri Charan. He also complimented the cinematography and wished the entire team good luck. However, his comments about his childhood confidence became the highlight of the event
At that young age, Akash believed that he would become such a big hero that other actors would have to pack their bags once he entered the film industry. But he added his confidence faded out because of Rahul.
Akash revealed that he was around 13 years old when he first met Rahul Vijay. The two became close friends and have shared a strong bond since then. He recalled an incident that happened during a film shooting in Bangkok. His father, director Puri Jagannadh was shooting a movie there, and the team attended a party. At the event, everyone asked Akash to dance. He agreed and performed in front of them. But his confidence changed after watching Rahul Vijay dance.
Akash said Rahul's performance made him realise that he was not the only talented person in the world. He understood that many people had their own skills and abilities.
Akash jokingly said Rahul taught him a big lesson at a very young age. If he continued to think that he was the only talented person, he might be the one who would have to pack his bags.
Despite being the son of popular director Puri Jagannadh, Akash is still working to establish himself as a successful hero. Now the young actor making this comments is really appreciable. Being a son of Puri Jagganath, he facing the troubles and also expressing the reality is not that easy but this young hero made it.
