Mahakali War Cry Glimpse: Akshaye’s Shukracharya Is Pure Menace

A new force has entered the PVCU, and he arrives with a war cry. The makers of #Mahakali have unveiled a glimpse featuring Akshaye Khanna as Shukracharya, instantly turning the spotlight towards one of the most intriguing characters in Prasanth Varma’s expanding cinematic universe. The film, presented by RK Duggal and produced by Riwaz Ramesh Duggal under RKD Studios, will make its worldwide theatrical debut on January 8, 2027, as announced through the glimpse.

Shukracharya, revered as the guru of the Asuras, is presented as a formidable figure whose presence signals the arrival of a dangerous new chapter. The conflict between righteousness and evil forms the backbone of the story, but the scale of the impending confrontation suggests that the stakes are considerably higher than a straightforward battle between good and bad.

Akshaye Khanna commands every frame he occupies. Sporting a fierce and dramatically transformed appearance, the actor gives Shukracharya an imposing identity through his intense gaze and measured expressions. His portrayal carries both ferocity and authority, making his character one of the key reasons to look forward to what Mahakali has in store. Sriya Reddy’s impactful presence as goddess adds yet another layer of mystery to the proceedings. The glimpse also introduces the character of Samuthirakani.
