AA22: 250 Cr On Graphics, But Can Atlee Handle?

By now, we all know that Allu Arjun is going to work with talented Tamil director at least for his upcoming project, which is tentatively titled AA 22. While this project is in early stages of production, Allu Arjun and Director went to the United States to meet a few Hollywood technicians and discuss the graphic works.

Now the latest updates are suggesting that the makers of this Allu Arjun project are likely to spend in the range of ₹250 crore on the graphics alone. A massive allocation has been made for the computer graphics and visualisation department.

Considering the fact that Sun Pictures have the capacity to spend big money on the production activities of their films. It is to be understood that they should have made a substantial allocation to this film with Allu Arjun.

However, the fundamental point that must be noted, here is that Director Atlee Does not have the reputation of being a graphics heavy filmmaker.

Historically speaking, he made only commercial films that operate within established templates and not once had he explored complete graphics heavy genre till now.

The issue with such graphic oriented films is that they require a lot of imagination and commercial capabilities from a director and that is the reason why only master film makers like Rajamouli can handle such projects. It has to be seen if this talented young Tamil Director has it in him to deliver a wedding product with such heavy graphics involved.
