Allu Arjun - Sandhya Theatre Case: What Is The Counter?

It is known that superstar, Allu Arjun was arrested and later released on interim bail in connection with the Sandhya theatre Case, which has become a controversial topic in Telangana. The case is currently in hearing at the Nampally Court.

It is known that Allu Arjun’s legal team filed for regular bail in this case, and this topic came to hearing at the court today.

After an initial delay from the last week, the public prosecutor filed the counter against Allu Arjun and this case today. The argument from Chikkadpalli police is that Allu Arjun is to be held responsible in this case and requested the court to cancel the interim bail.

The counter from the police department and the public prosecutor that Allu Arjun and the team involved must face the legal consequences for what had happened.

In response to this, Allu Arjun’s legal team argued that he cannot be responsible for what had happened at the theatre that day. They sought regular bail from the Nampalli court as their argument revolve around the generalisation of the topic, and highlighting the singular targeting of Allu Arjun.

The court heard the arguments from both the councils and held the judgement for January 3. More details in this case could be out once the court adjudicates the same on the mentioned date. There is a chance that the investigation could get prolonged as well.
