This new palace of Allu Arjun will be built in around 4000 square yards and close to ₹80 crore in construction cost. This will be a full-scale mansion like Shah Rukh Khan’s Mannat, but not just another celebrity house. This comes right after Pushpa changed his market. Bigger films, bigger reach, bigger positioning. And now, a home that matches that scale. Not just in size, but in presence.

There’s also a sense of native-presence here. Being close to Chiranjeevi’s residence isn’t just about location, but it also reflects legacy, connection, and staying rooted within the Telugu industry.
