Buzz around Pushpa star Allu Arjun and Coolie director Lokesh Kanagaraj’s most ambitious project is getting stronger each day. As the industry talk suggests that they are coming up with a major announcement very soon, here comes another interesting project of project.

While the story is definitely an action-packed gangster drama, reports are popping up that Allu Arjun laid a major condition for Lokesh Kanagaraj regarding the backdrop of the movie. Unlike Lokesh’s previous movies, which are mostly shot in Chennai, except for Vijay’s Leo, which was shot in Kashmir and Manali, this time, Allu Arjun wants almost 50% of the film to be shot in Hyderabad.

Very rarely these days, our top stars are doing movies that have a full-on Hyderabad backdrop. Allu Arjun has done such films long back, and he wants once again to do a movie that’s full of Hyderabadi vibes. They say that even Lokesh Kanagaraj agreed for that, and his team is already doing a recce in the capital of Telangana.

Of course, if stars like Allu Arjun shoot in their local city, surely the logistics, scheduling, and cost control would be an easy job. And then, anyway, much of the indoor parts of big-star movies are these days being shot at Ramoji Film City only.
