"Affer Pushpa 1 was completed, I have not heard the story of Pushpa 2. But I am fully confident that Pushpa 2 will not go down at all. My thanks to everyone who came here. Three years ago, we did the same function for Pushpa 1. After three years, now this is happening."
Allu Arjun thanked producers Naveen and Ravi from Mythri Movie Makers for their support, saying, "No other producer could have made this movie. Thanks to them for spending crores on this movie." He also acknowledged the film's crew, including DOP Kuba, art directors, choreographers, and lyricist Chandra Bose.
He praised his co-stars, including Fahadh Faasil, Rao Ramesh, Sunil, and Anasuya, and highlighted Sreeleela's special song, calling her "a role model for Telugu people in this generation." Allu Arjun gave a special mention to Rashmika Mandanna, stating, "Rashmika has worked with me for five years. She worked tirelessly, sometimes without sleep, showing incredible professionalism."
On director Sukumar, Allu Arjun shared, "Pushpa is a Sukumar movie. Seeing him, one wonders if there is such a great director in Telugu. We entrusted our five years of life to him. Without him, we are nothing. If he didn’t do Arya with me, I wouldn’t exist."
He expressed pride in the Telugu film industry, hoping Pushpa 2 would match the success of Baahubali and RRR. "This movie is going to be released in over 80 countries on more than 12,000 screens in six languages. I am very proud of this."
Concluding with his iconic line, he said, "Pushpa means flower anukuntiwa, fire anukuntiwa, wild fire!" Fans now eagerly await the movie’s release on December 5, 2024.
