By: Priya Chowdhary Nuthalapti | 8 March 2026 1:27 PM ISTA new multiplex theatre named Allu Cinemas is ready to open soon in Hyderabad. This theatre has been built by mega producer Allu Aravind and his family. The multiplex is located in the premium area of Kokapet, which has been developing rapidly in recent years.
The Allu family invested a huge amount of money to build this theatre. The multiplex has four screens and is designed to provide a high-quality movie watching experience. Initially, the theatre was expected to open during the Sankranthi festival, but some construction work was still pending at that time. Because of these unfinished works, the launch was delayed.
Recently, all the remaining work was completed. The venue even hosted a special pre-wedding celebration of Allu Sirish, which gave people a glimpse of the theatre’s facilities. Now, the multiplex is fully ready for its official opening.
According to reports, the theatre will begin its journey with grand premiere shows of the film “Dhurandhar: The Revenge.” The management is planning a special launch event, and an official announcement about the inauguration is expected very soon.
Actor Allu Arjun has also participated in promoting the theatre. He recently shot a promotional video for Allu Cinemas, and the video will be released in the coming days. The promo is expected to attract movie lovers and create excitement about the new multiplex.
One of the biggest highlights of Allu Cinemas is its Dolby screen, which is said to be one of the largest in the country. This advanced screen and sound system will give audiences a powerful and immersive movie experience. Along with this main screen, the multiplex also includes three additional screens.
The theatre is expected to become a popular entertainment spot for people living in nearby areas such as Kokapet, Gandipet, Financial District, Narsingi, and Kollur. These areas have many residential communities, and residents often travel far to watch movies in modern theatres.
With several big movies expected during the Ugadi festival season, including Pawan Kalyan’s “Ustaad Bhagat Singh,” the timing of the launch could be perfect.
