Allu Sirish is preparing for the release of his upcoming film, Buddy, a fantasy action drama that is set to be the first Telugu film centered around a Teddy bear theme. Gayathri Bharadwaj stars as the female lead. Produced by KE Gnanavel Raja and Adhana Gnanavel Raja under the Studio Green Films banner, and directed by Sam Anton with Neha Gnanavel Raja as co-producer, the film has garnered considerable attention.

In a recent media interaction, Allu Sirish praised the film’s action sequences, describing them as stunning. He mentioned that he had directed the action choreographers to design the sequences in a natural way. He was pleased to find that their approach already aligned with his vision, leading to a seamless collaboration.

Sirish also highlighted the film’s high production quality, noting that Studio Green’s Gnanavel Raja spared no expense. He revealed that the team even procured an old airplane, created custom artwork for it, and filmed scenes, including the climax fight, inside it. He appreciated the producer’s commitment to ensuring the film had everything it needed without rushing the process, noting that the film was completed in two shifts.

Additionally, Sirish pointed out that while Buddy includes a love story, it is only a minor element of the film. Director Sam Anton kept the romance to a necessary minimum to avoid distracting from the main narrative. Sirish commended the music and background score by Hip Hop Tamizha, mentioning that the background music was excellent and received positive feedback during special showings.

Allu Sirish highlighted that Buddy has a crisp runtime of 2 hours and 8 minutes, which he believes is ideal for its concept-oriented film. He emphasized that a longer duration would not suit the film. Sirish praised the film's well-scripted conflict between the heroine and the villain, as well as the hero's characterization and story justifications. He expressed his enthusiasm for the film's novelty and mentioned his debut as a pilot in an intense role.
