Amala Akkineni Urges Rahul Gandhi to Restrain Konda Surekha, Demands Apology

Amala Akkineni, wife of actor Nagarjuna, has voiced her dismay over the statements made by Telangana minister Konda Surekha, who alleged KTR involvement in Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Naga Chaitanya’s divorce. Amala took to Instagram, calling out the minister for what she described as "conjuring evil fiction" and using personal matters as fuel for a political agenda.

In her post, Amala expressed shock at how a woman minister could stoop so low, making unfounded accusations about her family. Taking to Instagram, Amala expressed her outrage, stating: "Shocked to hear a woman minister turn into a demon, conjuring evil fiction allegations, preying on decent citizens as fuel for a political war."

She continued to question the minister’s reliance on scandalous stories, adding: "Madam Minister, do you rely and believe people with no decency to feed you utterly scandalous stories about my husband without an iota of shame or truth? This is really shameful."

Amala didn’t hold back, criticizing the minister's behavior and warning about the consequences of such actions: "If leaders lower themselves into the gutter and behave like criminals, what will happen to our country?"

In her post, Amala also appealed to Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, urging him to take control of the situation: "Mr. Rahul Gandhiji, if you believe in human decency, please restrain your politicians and make your minister retract her venomous statements with an apology to my family. Protect the citizens of this country."
