Anand Deverakonda shows 'commercial' side with Gam Gam Ganesha

While being a commercial hero might look straightforward, it is a craft that is hard to master. Being a commercial means one has to excel in comedy, action, and dances. Now, young hero Anand Deverakonda has ticked these boxes with his recent release Gam Gam Ganesha.

Gam Gam Ganesha has debuted on Amazon Prime Video and has started to trend in top 3 positions, indicating that the film is being lapped up by the OTT audience.

Coming to Anand, he had been selective about his films from the start and we can understand the same through his filmography, including Dorasani, Pushpaka Vimanam, Middle Class Melodies, and Baby.

This time, Anand came up with Gam Gam Ganesha which is touted to be a whacky comedy caper. Interestingly, Anand for the first time thus far, has tried his hand at slapstick comedy, dance moves, and whacky action scenes.

Fittingly, the youngster has delivered on all counts. His funny comedy timing and one-liners, energetic dance moves, screen presence and funky action sequences have worked the trick for the film.

It appears that Anand's makeover is being well-received, considering the fact that Gam Gam Ganesha is being lapped up on OTT as it is trending atop on Amazon Prime Video. This could be accreditation of his new facet.

On a related note, Anand has films lined up with Sai Rajesh & SKN who earlier delivered blockbuster Baby. He is also working with Vinod Anantoju of Middle Class Melodies fame and then there is the film with Studio Green. He appears to have some exciting stuff coming up.
