The actress revealed that she was travelling from Hyderabad to Madurai for an event when one of her checked-in bags was delayed for six hours. Frustrated with IndiGo�s response, she called out the airline for its double standards in handling passenger delays. �When I contacted customer care, they simply said sorry and assured me that my bag would arrive on the next available flight. But why are there different rules for passengers and the airline? If a customer is late by even a minute, they refuse to wait. But now, due to their delay, nearly 2,000 students had to wait for me,� she wrote in a strongly worded post.
