He described the movie's success as a major boost for the Telugu film industry and appreciated the hard work of everyone involved.
Speaking at the event, Anil Ravipudi said, " Earlier this year during Sankranti, Megastar Chiranjeevi garu entertained audiences with Shankara Vara Prasad. Exactly four months later, Ram Charan garu shook the box office with Peddi and the chartbuster 'Massa Massa' song. This is an oxygen-like success for the film industry. It has brought audiences back to theatres and made cinema halls vibrant once again. Congratulations to every member of the team for achieving such remarkable success."
Anil Ravipudi also showered praise on director Buchi Babu Sana. He said, "It is not an easy task for a director like Buchi Babu to make a film with such a unique subject featuring a star of Ram Charan's stature. It takes great conviction to believe in such a story. The fact that audiences embraced the film and turned it into a blockbuster is a huge achievement. Buchi Babu deserves a lot of credit for this success."
He further said that Chiranjeevi's presence made the celebrations even more special. "The arrival of Megastar Chiranjeevi garu has made this victory event even more complete and memorable."
Speaking about Ram Charan's dedication, Anil Ravipudi remarked, "Ram Charan garu worked incredibly hard for this film. He climbed mountains, built his physique, rolled in the dust, and gave everything for the character. In the end, he created a storm at the box office as well. There is a poster in the film that reminds me of Lord Hanuman. That is the level at which he portrayed the character on screen. Hats off to Ram Charan garu. In Peddi, he truly lived up to the saying, 'a son greater than his father.'"
Concluding his speech, Anil Ravipudi wished Ram Charan many more successes and also congratulated producer Venkata Satish Kilaru for delivering such a massive blockbuster with his very first production venture.
