Sankranthiki Vastunnam was a proper Pongal winner, turning into a blockbuster with strong family appeal both due to content and Venkatesh factor. He followed it up with Mana Shankara Varaprasad Garu, which again was released for Sankranthi and emerged as one of the biggest commercial successes for Megastar Chiranjeevi and Anil as well. That’s the reason Anil is targeting his next festival the same way again.
