As Expected, Anushka’s Ghaati Postponed?

It appears that Tollywood is absolutely rattled with this “postponement” but. We have seen several films getting postponed multiple times in the recent past, and we have another new addition to the list in the form of Ghaati.

This film has Anushka Shetty in the lead role, and it promised to be a raw and rugged action entertainer with excessive bloodshed. The film is directed by Krish Jagarlamudi, and it is promising to be one of the better prospective films from Telugu cinema in recent years.

However, the issue with this film is that it is also getting postponed multiple times. Earlier the film was supposed to release in April, but got postponed. It was later announced that the film would be releasing in the theatres on July 11.

However, as the release date approached, the makers didn’t start the promotional campaign. There were several doubts about the possible postponement of this film, and this is exactly turning out to be the case now.

It is now being established that this film is not likely to release in theatres on July 11, and it is getting postponed to a later date.

This film is going to be postponed due to the delay in the post production and also the visual effects portion. These are the two primary reasons behind the delay in the production activities, and we could be getting a new update on the new release date in the near future.

It is sad to note that such a promising film is getting diluted with the repeated postponements and delay in the production. It has to be seen when this film would actually be releasing in theatres now.
