Forbes 2017 List: Salman No.1 In India, SS Rajamouli Tops South

Forbes magazine releases the highest earning celebrity list every time and it garners huge interest among the audience. There was a time when Forbes list used to be dominated by Bollywood stars and cricketers. But the situation has been changed now and South directors and heroes are also featuring on the list.
In the 2017 Celebrity 100 list, Salman Khan occupied number one position with Rs.232.83 crore earnings. Shah Rukh Khan followed him with Rs.170. 50 crores. The other celebrities occupied top ten positions are Virat Kohli ( No.3 with Rs.100.27 crores) , Akshay Kumar( No.4 withRs.98.25 crores), Sachin Tendulkar(No.5 with Rs.82.50 crores), Aamir Khan(No.6 with Rs. 68.75 crores), Priyanka Chopra(No.7 with Rs. 68 crores), MS Dhoni (No. 8 with Rs.63.77 crores), Hrithik Roshan(No.9 with Rs. 63.12 crores) Ranveer Singh(No.10 with Rs.62.63 crores).
On the other hand, SS Rajamouli occupied 15th position in the list with Rs.55 crores. He is the top earner in the list form South India. Prabhas occupied 22nd rank with Rs. 36.25 crores. If we talk about only South celebrities on the list he followed Rajamouli. The other Southern celebrities featured in the list are Suriya(No.25 with Rs.34 crores), Vijay (No.31 with Rs.29 crores), Rana (No.36 with Rs.22 crores), Mahesh Babu (No.37 with Rs.19.63 crores), Pawan Kalyan(No.69 with Rs.11.63 crores), Mohan Lal (No.73 with Rs.11.03 crores), Allu Arjun(No.81 with Rs.7.74 crores).
