23 South Indian Films in Rs 100 Crore Club

As many as 23 South Indian Films have joined the Rs 100 crore club so far. 'Janatha Garage' is the new entrant to the elite club and it is placed at 18th position by the end of 8 Days run. By the end of full run, The NTR-Koratala's Flick is expected to be at 16th position.

The whole list is being dominated by Telugu & Tamil Films. Not even a single Kannada and Malayalam flick made it to the Rs 100 crore club so far. While 14 Straight Tamil Films have grossed over Rs 100 crore, About 9 Telugu Movies managed to find a place in the elite club. 'Baahubali' holds the top spot with an impeccable revenue and it collect almost double to that of 2nd highest grosser. Whereas, Three out of Top 5 Films were contributed by Rajinikanth and Shankar.
