As we know, star heroes completely clouded the Sankranti season. With names like Rajnikanth, Mahesh Babu and Allu Arjun deciding to occupy the festival, none of the other films are daring to arrive at that time. Of all the three heroes, Rajni seems to have a peaceful release.
While Mahesh and Allu Arjun are competing with each other on 12th January, Rajni decided to arrive two days ahead. His 'Darbar' is releasing 10th and will enjoy two days of solo run at the box-office. Realizing this, the makers of 'Sarileru Neekevvaru' reportedly are considering arriving on 11th January to have a massive first day. Though it is not yet finalized, sources say that the producers are keen on making this happen and if Mahesh gets convinced, they could have a grand release without a fight.
If this plan works out, then Rajni's 'Darbar' releases on 10th, Mahesh's 'Sarileru Neekevvaru' comes on 11th and Bunny's 'Ala Vaikunthapuramlo' arrives on 12th January. Sounds like a good plan. I hope it works out!
