3D woes for Rudramadevi

Gunasekhar wants 'Rudramadevi' to be first Historical 3D Stereoscopic Film made in the country. The same target is proving to be very costly now!
Shooting of 'Rudramadevi' has been wrapped up long ago. Ever since then 3D work has been progressing but still there is a lot of pending work pushing the release further. The film was originally slated for Christmas, then it was moved to Sankranthi and now we hear there is every chance of further postponement.
On the other hand, Gunasekhar is finding it difficult to keep the production cost under control because of the extensive use of visual effects. The budget already surpassed Rs 40 crore-mark and no one knows where it ends finally.
Allu Arjun who played the role of Gona Ganna Reddy would be the key for pre-release business of 'Rudramadevi'. His solid market in AP, Telangana, Kerala and Karnataka will help Gunasekhar recover most of his investment.
