A cameo for PV Sindhu in her biopic

Pusarla Venkata Sindhu.. popularly known as PV Sindhu has decided to become a badminton player at the age of 8. She worked very hard towards her goal for several years. She has finally won Silver medal in the Rio Olympics with the guidance from her master Pullela Gopichand and became a national celebrity.
It is known that sports based films and biopics of sports personalities have become a trend now. Aamir Khan's 'Dangal'.. 'Bhag Milkha Bhag'.. 'Mary Kom'.. etc have become super hits at the box office. Even Venkatesh has done a sports based film like 'Guru' recently. Actor Sonu Sood is producing PV Sindhu biopic and script work is in progress. They are planning to shoot the film in the real locations of Hyderabad.
While speaking about the film Sonu Sood said that "I will be very happy if Sindhu becomes part of this film. She will surely appear in a cameo. We have not yet decided on her cameo on how it should be, because the film is in the scripting stage. We are yet to decide on the lead girl role".
On the other hand, there is a buzz that Bollywood star heroine Deepika Padukone is going to play Sindhu role as she is basically a badminton player. But it is too early to speculate on Deepika's presence in the film. It is interesting to see who is going to play the role of Pullela Gopichand.
