A Heartfelt Tribute To SPB By ''Indian Idol Telugu Team!

Indian Idol Telugu is an amazing talent show streaming in 'Aha' which is helping to bring out a lot of unidentified talent. All the Top 11 contestants have displayed great talent and skill. The three judges Thaman, Nithya Menen and Karthik have a great rapport and with the energetic hosting of Sree Ramachandra, the show instantly became a fan favorite.
The show recently won the hearts of many with a special tribute given to legendary singer S P Balasubramanyam. The iconic playback singer passed away last year leaving his fans in dismay. The SPB tribute episodes were streamed on the 15th and 16th of April at 9 PM. The contestants gave a musical tribute of sending us into a trance with the evergreen hits of the late singer. Popular playback singer Kalpana who arrived on the show as a special guest expressed, "I feel so emotional, especially after listening to participants sing songs like O Priya Priya. The contestants performed super hit songs of SPB like Kanyakumari, Ammadu Appachi etc in duets. The judges have shared their experiences of working with SPB. Thaman, Kalpana and Karthik revealed interesting snippets about their musical concerts with SPB or how he recorded tough songs within a single take and many others. They even talked about the thought process and composition of songs along with lyrics between SPB and Mani Sharma.
Aha's innovative moves like bringing Indian Idol in Telugu for the first time ever and releases like Unstoppable, Bheemlanayak, and Most Eligible Bachelor have been attracting more and more Telugu audience.
