A Leading Hero to play Hiranyakashipa

Gunasekhar has registered the title 'Hiranyakashipa: The Story of Bhakta Prahlada' with Film Chamber recently. This news generated some good buzz as Movie Buffs were curious to know who will be playing the lead role.
Speaking to a Telugu Daily, Gunasekhar told, 'A Leading Hero will be doing the role of Hiranyakashipa. Well-established Production House would bankroll the project. Details will be announced in January next year'.
Actually, Gunasekhar wished to direct 'Prathaparudrudu', the last warrior of Kakatiya Dynasty, after 'Rudramadevi'. When asked about it, The Filmmaker explained he would begin the shoot of this historical subject only in 2018.
'Rudramadevi' costed Gunasekhar to the tune of Rs 70 crore. It collected a share of over Rs 50 crore. If included the revenues of Telugu, Hindi and Malayalam Satellite Rights, 'Rudramadevi' will end up as the no loss-no gain venture.
