Why only Mega films for this hero??

Apparently some actors are seen more in films of some particular heroes' films and it looks like Aadi Pinishetty is also becoming one such similar hero.
After trying his luck with couple of films in Telugu like Gundello Godari, finally Aadi debuted as villain with Allu Arjun's Sarrainodu. Then he signed no other movie until another biggies comes up. In upcoming film of Ram Charan and Sukumar, everyone thought Jagapathi Babu is the villain but it looks like Aadi is the main villain. He will have a heroine as well in the movie.
One wonders what makes Aadi take up only mega films, characterisation or pay packets?
