Star Wife Reacts On Nepotism

Aamir Khan's wife Kiran Rao is also a well-known filmmaker in Bollywood. She not only helmed 'Dhobi Ghat' movie, but also bankrolled films like 'Dangal', 'Secret Superstar', 'Talaash' etc.
Kiran Rao never fails to voice out her opinions on social causes and other issues. Recently, Kiran spoke on the much-debated issue in Bollywood, nepotism. It is known that film industry and nepotism go hand in hand. Talking in an interview, Kiran said that Nepotism exists in every part of the society. "We all believe that people also need to be good at their jobs, whether they are related to someone in the same industry or not. Of course, we will always want to make our children achieve what they want to. If that is called nepotism, then it is. We can only set up a ladder for the children but it would be their talent to climb it" said Kiran Rao.
She also added that no other factor works and at the end only merit is the factor that actually matters.
