Performances:
Sushanthrn tried a new look for 'Aatadukundam Raa'. He, however, didn't show any rnimprovement in dialogue delivery and body language. Out of all, His rncombination scenes with Brahmanandam have shaped up well. He even tried rnto imitate Nagarjuna in many scenes.
Sonam Bajwa impressed the rnaudience to some extent with her glamourous outfits and skin show. She, rnhowever, didn't contribute much in terms of performance.
Murali rnSharma failed to recreate the magic of 'Bhale Bhale Magadivoy'. Posani rnKrishna Murali & Pruthvi tickled the funny bone. Brahmanandam yet rnagain appears in the role of a Bakra.
Pros:
Sonam Bajwa's Glamour
Cameos of Akhil & Chaitu
Cons:
Sushanth
Narration
Second Half
Technicalities:
Compositionsrn of Anup Rubens were just satisfactory. Cinematography is decent enough.rn Script Writer Sridhar Sipana followed a fixed format while penning the rnstory & screenplay. Some of the Dialogues written by him kept the rnviewers in splits. Production Values were good & Makers hardly rnbothered about the minimal market of Sushanth. Director G Nageshwar rnReddy failed to incorporate hilarious episodes in this routine subject.
Analysis:
Usually,rn Heroes who are badly in need of a success chose hit formula to play a rnsafe game rather than trying to take risk with new concepts. Even rnSushanth opts for a beaten to death formula. 'Aatadukundam Raa' have rnclose resemblance to both 'Kalisundam Raa' and 'Ready'. Be it Story, rnScreenplay, Characterizations, Comedy, Romance and Songs, Every aspect rnabout this new outing give a routine feel.
Makers used 'Time rnMachine' concept to generate humor and the set design is grand. However,rn Don't expect any hilarious comedy here. Pruthvi's role reminds us of rnBoiling Star Babloo from 'Loukyam'. Even though its so routine, Pruthvi rnand Brahmi managed to bring smiles on the faces of viewers at times.
Herorn Sushanth stood as a major weak element in 'Aatadukundam Raa'. Neither rnromantic track of Lead Pair nor Songs were impressive. The Lead Actor rnfailed to match up with the comic timing of leading comedians.
Akkinenirn Family legacy has been used to the fullest by Sushanth this time. There rnwere lot of references to Akkineni Heroes from ANR to Akhil in the rnmovie. While Akhil entertains with his dance moves in a song, Naga rnChaitanya makes his presence felt with a cameo. Go for it if you are in arn mood to watch time pass yet routine entertainer.
Bottom Line: Just A Routine Fare!
