A biopic on Megastar!

In Hollywood and Bollywood, biopics have become quite common. Many young actors trying to play the role of a great legend from yesteryears has become rewarding at box office as well. Now, Telugu Cinema is also trying to make biopics and the stories that we have been reading in books are being translated into beautiful stories on screen.
Alluri Seetharamaraju created a huge sensation in Telugu Cinema, when it released. But not many real life stories or biopics have been made after that. Recently, a biopic on actress Savitri has started shooting and two biopics are announced on Sr. NTR's life and Badminton coach, Dronacharya Awardee, Pullela Gopichand. In such times, actor Banerjee commented it would be great to watch a biopic made on an actor like Megastar Chiranjeevi.
Banerjee who acted in more than 300 films in various roles, shared his wish in one of his media interviews recently. He said, " Megastar Chiranjeevi's life will be an inspirational lesson to many people who wish to become actors and also look to achieve something in their career, whatever that might be. He started a small tide and became an ocean in Telugu Industry. So, there are many aspects of his life that people should know. I will direct this movie, if Megastar accepts and it would be great to see him live his life on screen for his fans once again. I worked as an assistant director before becoming an actor, I think I can handle the movie well enough." We have that is one good suggestion from a senior actor and we can see many young directors already planning to start their research for the script on Chiranjeevi's life!
