Actress Kalpana is no more!

Actress Kalpana died of heart attack in the early hours of Monday in Hyderabad at the age of 51. She was found unconscious in her hotel room early morning and rushed to the hospital. Doctors of Apollo Hospitals have declared she was brought dead.
Kalpana made her onscreen debut in Malayalam with the film 'Manju'. Her role as House Wife in Kamal Hassan's 'Sathi Leelavathi' is highly appreciated and excelled in humorous roles in the past decade or so. 'Charlie' starring Dulquer Salmaan and Parvathy happens to be Kalpana's last release.
Apparently, Kalpana was conferred with National Awards for the Best Supporting Actress role in the movie 'Thanichalla Njan'. Until now, She acted in 300-odd films down South.
Kalpana tied the knot with Director Anil but they decided to part ways in 2012. They have a daughter Kumar Sreemayi. Actresses Urvashi and Kalaranjini happens to Kalpana's Sisters. Rest In Peace!
