Actress Urvashi comes drunk to Assembly event

Talented south Indian actress Urvashi name once again dragged to headlines for her controversial behavior. Reports suggest that Urvashi was in a drunken state when she was attending an inauguration function outside Kerala State Legislative Assembly, Thiruvananthapuram, on Friday, 24 April.
As per reports the meeting was organised by LDF's female legislative staff association and the actress had arrived at the venue very late and was seen faltering while coming to the stage. She reportedly speaks "nonsense" in the stage and it creats embarrassed moments for the attendees.
During the meeting, the actress even said that she didn't know whether it was BJP or LDF's meeting. As Urvashi in not in a position to continue her speech popular media personality Parvathy Devi inaugurated the function. Popular media personality Parvathy Devi, who also attended the event later inaugurated the function as Urvashi was unable to continue her speech.
The National Film Award-winning actress had earlier made headlines after being spotted drunk at the family court in Ernakulam. Urvashi was a prominent leading actress in 1980s and 90s. She has starred in several films in various languages including Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu and Kannada. The actress is well-known for her humorous characters in films.She is currently working in Kamal Haasan's "Uthama Villain," directed by Ramesh Aravind.
