Adivi Sesh Gives A 'Major' Promise!

Handsome and talented hero Adivi Sesh's 'Major' is doing great in theatres right now. This biographical drama which released on 3rd June has struck the chord with the audience and they are lauding the film unlimitedly. Based on the life of Sandeep Unnikrishnan who sacrificed his life during the '26/11' attacks in Mumbai back in 2008, the multilingual film 'Major' traces the journey of Major Sandeep from childhood, teenage, and glorious years in the army to the tragic events of the Mumbai attack where he was martyred.
The film grossed 13.4 crores on the first day worldwide turning out to be the biggest opener in Sesh's career. There is a talk that the movie has already touched the breakeven mark and it is going to end up as a huge profitable venture. The team of 'Major' organised a grand success press meet where the team thanked each and every one.
Speaking at the event, Adivi Sesh thanked the audience for the phenomenal response and even thanked his entire team. Along with it, he made a promise that they will be supporting people who are interested in joining the Armed Forces or CDS & NDA aspirants who lack enough resources to pursue their dreams. This is a huge gesture by the film's team and people are appreciating it highly.
'Major' is directed by Sashi Kiran Tikka who made 'Goodachari' earlier with Sesh. Abburi Ravi has penned the dialogues while Adivi Sesh himself provided the screenplay. Maratha beauty Saiee Manjrekar will be seen as the hero's romantic interest in 'Major'. Telugu girl Sobitha Dhulipala played a key role in this film. This pan-Indian project is produced jointly by Sony Pictures India, A+S Movies and GMB Entertainments jointly. Veterans like Prakash Raj, Murali Sharma, Revathi and others are also a part of this film.
