Is Evaru a Remake of Spanish Thriller?

Actor Adivi Sesh has surprised everyone a few days back by releasing the first look poster of his upcoming film Evearu. No one knew that Sesh is making the film until he released the poster. The making was done in a silent way and post-production works are also going on in the same manner.
Now, reports are flying in saying that the film is a remake of Spanish thriller, An Invisible Guest. Already, the film was remade recently in Hindi as Badla. Now, we don't know whether Sesh has officially remade or free made it. Already, the film's producer PVP Prasad landed in trouble by free making Intouchables.
Later, he had to pay a huge sum of the amount of the Bollywood producer who had the official remake rights of that film. So, we don't think he would have done the same mistake for this film as well. Meanwhile, this is mere speculation and we have to see whether Sesh will respond on it. The film is slated to release on August 23.
