We have seen Nithin's family owned distribution house 'Global Cinemas Pvt Ltd' mint crore by acquiring the Nizam area rights of 'Atharintiki Daredi'. This Industry Hit went on to collect around Rs 25 crore in Nizam territory alone. Now, the distribution house has announced its next big project.
Reportedly, Global Cinemas acquired Nizam distribution rights of Rajinikanth's 'Lingaa' for an astronomical figure. This two-hero script which hits the screens on Rajinkanth's birthday (December 12th) this year is expected to be a feast for fans. Sonakshi Sinha and Anushka are playing the female leads. More than 50% of the shooting has already been wrapped up by now.
KS Ravikumar who has given memorable film like 'Narasimha' to Rajinikanth is yet again welding the megaphone. Hence, The expectations have been huge on this venture. If the sources are to be believed Rajini will be playing the roles of collector and thief in the movie.
