Pawan Kalyan film 'Agnyaathavaasi' created sensation right from the beginning but it has literally shocked everybody with its disastrous result. The most surprising aspect of the result is that not even one percent of the people predicted it. Many were of the opinion that even if it is an average product, that is enough for Pawan film to cross Rs.100 share at the box office.
Forget about the common audience, the trade circles are utterly shocked with the result. The impact of the film is not only limited to Pawan and Trivikram but it has an overall effect on the Tollywood makers and distributors. As the film is heading towards becoming one of the biggest disasters, 'Agnyaathavaasi' buyers will not be in a position to invest huge amounts in the near future on any other biggies. Most of the buyers will surely hesitate to buy the rights of biggies on par with 'Baahubali' rates from now on.
As the crazy combos are turning out to be duds at the box office, most of the distributors will not bet high on crazy combinations. The immediate film which will have this impact is Mahesh Babu-Koratala Siva film. Apart from this film, it will become tough for the producers of Charan's 'Rangasthalam'.. Allu Arjun's 'Naa Peru Surya' to sell the rights for exuberant prices. Had Pawan film been a hit, Mahesh..Charan.. Allu Arjun films could have easily fetched more than Rs.100 crores but Pawan surely made it tough for them!
