Star producer Dil Raju has been stuck in a dilemma for a long time regarding his prestigious production 'V' starring Nani and Sudheer Babu in the lead. The film is directed by Mohan Krishna Indraganti and it is Nani's 25th film which is why there is a lot of hype surrounding this flick. If everything went as expected, 'V' would have hit the screens by 25th March but the virus outbreak shattered the plans of makers.
This stylish action thriller has a lot of craze among the audience which is why the OTT platforms are running behind this film but Dil Raju waited all these days so that he could get a theatrical release. But it looks like the theatres are not going to open anytime soon as the number of cases is increasing very rapidly. Sources say that Dil Raju is now having second thoughts regarding its release.
News is that Amazon Prime has offered Dil Raju 25 crores to buy this film and he is still negotiating with them as it is a crazy project. On the other hand, Allu Arvind who owns an OTT platform called 'Aha' is looking for a big film that can raise its popularity. Grapevine suggests that he offered Dil Raju 30 crores to buy the film 'V' for a direct OTT release. It is to be seen what option Dil Raju takes regarding 'V' which has Nivetha Thomas and Aditi Rao Hydari playing the female leads.
