Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is right now shooting for the biopic of Sarabjit Singh titled as 'Sarbjit'. The actress who paid a visit to the Golden Temple in Amritsar recently along with her daughter Aaradhya and mother shot a scene for the movie. Director filmed a scene of Aishwarya doing sega at the Golden Temple.
Sarabjit Singh, an Indian farmer, accidentally crossed the border and Pakistan security forces mistook him to be a Indian spy. He spent over 20 years in Pakistan prison before being killed by fellow prisoners. While Randeep Hooda plays Sarabjit Singh in the biopic, Aishwarys appears as his sister who fought for decades to see his brother walk free.
For the past 20 days, The unit of 'Sarbjit' was at Wagah Border to shoot a scene of Aishwarya Rai's conversation with Border Security Forces. Finally, Permission was granted to film the crucial sequence in the movie.
