There are many historical legends in our country that we have forgotten or do not read about, everyday. As few of them belong to only those areas of our country, we do not hear about their sacrifices and bravery as much as we do about our local heroes. Such heroes who live for the well-being of the others inspire us too in day to day life and knowing about them ignites a sense of belonging in us too. So, Bollywood is making another movie about such a legend and here we try to introduce the movie to you.
Ajay Devgn already acted in real life historical legends roles like Bhagat Singh and now he is looking to be Subedar Taanaji Malusare, A Marati unsung hero. He used to work with Great Marathi King, Chatrapati Sivaji. In 1665, a great friend of Sivaji, Taanaji fought for his motherland in Sinhagad valiantly. He is revered as the greatest warrior in Marathi war history of battles against Mughals and a book "Gad ala pan Sinha gela" has also been written on him.
Already, Bajirao Mastani based on a Marathi warrior's life has become a huge hit and Ajay Devgn is going to treat us next year with this Marathi hero's story! The first look poster gives us a hint about what to expect from the movie and Bollywood is already comparing it with Baahubali in scale! Om Raut is directing the film.
