Akhil First Weekend Collections
By: Tupaki Desk | 16 Nov 2015 1:26 PM GMT'Akhil - The Power of Jua' is going to be a big loss venture for Distributors & Exhibitors. The film crashed after an impressive Day 1 and there was never a hint of recovery since then. Losses could be more than 50% in Telugu States & 85% in Overseas.
Nagarjuna tried his best to ensure 'Akhil' received a solo release and succeeded in delaying the release of 'Cheekati Rajyam' & 'Shankarabharanam'. Massive release & unrealistic hype alone can't help one achieve success. At the end of the day, Content is the King and that's proven yet again in the case of this high-budget venture.
Well, Akhil made a decent debut and he might be the next big thing in TFI if the Young Lad focusses on his drawbacks.
