Is Akhil's second film called off??

Recently Akhil Akkineni has himself confirmed that he's getting ready to take up his second venture under the direction of Hanu Raghavapudi who has recently impressed with Krishnagadi Veera Prema Katha. But that sounds to be not happening.
Rumours have come out that this film is called off. Reason behind the project not happening is, Akhil gave commitment to another producer for his second film while Hanu got struck up with 14 Reels. As both are unable to come to a common point in terms of this producer thing, they have decided to join hands sometime later, say reports.
We have to see if Akhil if refute these rumours on his micro blogging site.
