Yeh Jawani Hai Diwani is the 2013 released sensational hit in the Bollywood film industry starring Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone in the lead roles. The film that collected more than 300 crore rupees was considered for a remake in multiple languages. Nagarjuna Akkineni has tried to get the remake rights of this film with an intention of making it with his younger son Akhil.
Akhil Akkineni revealed this news during his media interaction that took place yesterday. Akhil revealed that the project came into the consideration before the story of Hello came to them. After Vikram narrating the story of Hello, Akhil and his father were keen on making this over the remake.
Yeh Jawani Hai Diwani was made on a budget of 75 crore rupees and it collected almost 300 crore rupees. Akkineni family is currently very happy as Hello received a positive response from the audiences.
