Will They Compete Akhil At The BO?

As Akkineni Akhil's debut film turned out to be a disaster at the box office, he pinned all hopes on his second film. The first look of this film has already impressed the audience and the makers are getting ready to reveal the title soon. It is known that producer Akkineni Nagarjuna has already given a hint that the title will be from 'Hello guru premakosameroi Jeevitham' song.
Nagarjuna is taking special care of the film and he has reportedly planned to release the film in Christmas season out of sentiment. He has finalised December 22 as the release date. But Dil Raju is planning to release Nani film 'MCA' around the same time. Nani is at the peak of his career with continuous hits. Moreover, family audience & youth are habituated to Nani films. Nani became a minimum guarantee hero for producers and buyers as well. In such a situation, it will be difficult for Akhil to compete with him at the box office. As Dil Raju and Akkineni family have a good relationship, some people thought that Dil Raju might release MCA on December 29, a week after Akhil film release.. but they have already announced the release date of MCA as December 21.
If we keep aside Nani film, Akhil flick has to compete with another movie. Star heroine Anushka who is known for lady oriented films is coming up with 'Bhagamati'. It is produced by UV Creations. Ashok of 'Pilla Zamindar' fame is the director of this film. The expectations are high on this film. If Nani and Anushka compete with Akhil at the box office, Akhil will have a tough time at the box office. We have already witnessed what happened with the three-way competition at the box office on August 11.
