Akkineni hero Sumanth who created ripples on the internet with the fake wedding card has used it perfectly to promote the first look of his upcoming film 'Malli Modalaindi'. The first look got a good response and the makers are trying to keep the buzz alive with regular updates. After releasing the character poster of Posani Krishna Murali as the divorce lawyer, the team has come up with the first look poster of hero Sumanth.

Along with it, they even revealed most of his character traits. They called him as the 'Most Confused Divorcee’. The other points include being tall and confused, allergic to marriage, self centred, lives alone and cooks well. They put a question mark beside his relationship statue which makes things quite interesting. Sumanth is looking cool and handsome in the poster with his plain green T-shirt and jeans. This promotional strategy by the team is quite creative and intriguing,

The film deals with concepts of divorce, adjustment, the complexity of relationships, remarriage and many other intimate and appealing subjects. Malli Modalaindi' is written and directed by TG Keerthi Kumar while Charan Tej (Red Cinemas) is the Chief Executive Officer. Music is provided by Anup Rubens while cinematography is done by Shiva.GRN. Pradeep E Ragav edits this movie while Arjun Surisetty is the art director. Krishna Chaitanya penned the lyrics and K Raja Shekhar Reddy Reddy produced this movie under Red Cinemas banner. More details regarding this project are going to come out soon.

Sumanth made his debut in Tollywood with Ram Gopal Varma's film but it failed at the box office. He went onto score some hits like 'Satyam', ‘Godavari' and others. But he faced more flops throughout his career and made a comeback with 'Malli Raava'. He was last seen in 'Kapatadhari'. Sumanth is a calm and cool guy who doesn't get himself into the notice of the public. Barring promotions, he keeps his personal life quite private.

Naina Ganguly is the heroine in this movie and she made her film debut with 'Vangaveeti' which came out in 2016. She was also seen in ‘Aha’ anthology 'Johaar'.
