Star hero feels shame for Bangalore incidents

"As a father of a daughter, I would say, that a society which canât give women the respect that they deserve doesnât deserve to be called a civilized society", said Bollywood's star hero Akshay Kumar in a video message.
This is in connection with the Bangalore mass molestation incidents that took place on the night of 31st and dawn of January 1st when various girls are returning from New Year parties. "The most unfortunate part is that certain people feel they have the authority to justify such incidents by blaming women and their way of dressing", Askhay further added.
"It's not clothes of women, but the thoughts of these men that are small. I feel shame about them. Girls, please learn self defense techniques" he said.
