Alia Expresses Her Gratitude To Rajamouli!

She promoted the film very aggressively in January and talked highly about Rajamouli, NTR and Charan all the time. After the film came out and shattered many records, there were reports that she got upset by the amount of screentime given to her in the final cut.
She took down a few posts regarding 'RRR' from her social media accounts and did not tag Rajamouli in a post. This led to a lot of rumours and Alia instantly clarified that she is grateful for the opportunity and even thanked the 'Baahubali' director. As we know, Rajamouli is presenting 'Brahmastra' in South Indian languages. This gigantic film is produced by Karan Johar and it features Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt in the lead roles.
The grand pre-release event was supposed to happen in Hyderabad last night but it was cancelled due to security concerns. A press meet was organised in a 5-star hotel at night and Alia Bhatt, the soon-to-be-mom expressed her gratitude towards Rajamouli once again. She said, "First of all, I'm so thankful to Rajamouli sir that he has chosen me as his heroine in RRR. I could now proudly say that I'm Rajamouli Heroine for the role he has given to me." Speaking about what he had done for 'Brahmastra', she stated, "Without Rajamouli sir, this film wouldn't get that reach and it will be totally incomplete. He has come up like a real hero aboard and taking good care of the film."
'Brahmastra' has a stellar ensemble cast of Amitabh Bachchan, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Mouni Roy and Nagarjuna Akkineni. It is Rajamouli who is presenting the film in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam languages. Ranbir Kapoor will be seen as Shiva while Alia Bhatt is going to play the role of Isha. The real-life couple's chemistry onscreen will be one of this film's biggest highlights as per reports. Directed by Ayan Mukherji, this film is coming out on 9th September.
