All set for Akhanda's arrival on OTT

Nandamuri Balakrishna and Boyapati Sreenu delivered a box office blockbuster with Akhanda which is still going strong at the box office. Now, the film is gearing up for its theatrical release.
The latest we hear is that Akhanda is set to land on Disney+ Hotstar in the second week of January.
Given the box office sensation the film is creating, the makers of Akhanda requested Disney+ Hotstar to delay the OTT release by a couple of weeks, but the OTT giant turned down the advancements.
Disney+ Hotstar persists in giving Akhanda a standard 6-week OTT release. They are orchestrating the OTT release procedure now and the premieres date will be officially announced by the OTT giant shortly.
There are reports claiming that Akhanda might be made available for streaming on Disney+ Hotstar from the 14th of January. But an official announcement on the same is due for now.
