Did Allu Aravind show pity on Raabta?

The latest release Raabtla starring Kriti Sanon and Sushanth Singh Rajput found itself in the midst of a copyright controversy. The movie looked like a free make of Magadheera and even the producer of the film, Allu Aravind took the issue to court.
All of a sudden before the release, Aravind decided to withdraw the plagiarism case and many are discussing about the reason behind all of this controversy. While the viewers who saw the movie, clarified that it has the elements and screenplay of Magadheera with few differences here and there, writers, Siddharth and Garima, broke down in front of media, that they have written an original epic drama.
But the movie collections reflect a poor showing. The weekend collections of the movie stand at mere 15 crores nett, showing that the movie has been rejected by audience without a trace.
While, Sushanth as moved on to his new movie with Abhishek Kapoor, Kriti Sanon too has stated shooting for her next in Hindi. But the makers are still trying to milk the controversy for their publicity.
A Hindi tabloid wrote about the controversy, saying this is all nothing but a publicity stunt and many are expressing, why would Aravind use his classic for new publicity. Well, several came to a conclusion that after watching the complete movie, Aravind being a good judge of commercial prospects showed some pity on the makers and let it go.
